PASSPORT FOR A CHILD

If applicant is 16 or 17 years old: One parent must be present
If applicant is 15 years old or younger: Both parents must be present.
Parents must have a valid state issued driver’s license, I.D card or passport.

RENEW PASSPORT

You can renew your passport only if it's undamaged and

all of the following apply:

- It has been expired for less than 5 years

- You were 16 or older when you got it

- It's in your current name (or you can legally document the name change)

DAMAGED PASSPORT

If your passport has been significantly damaged, especially the book cover or the page displaying your personal data and photo, you will need to apply for a new passport. Damage that might require you to replace your passport includes water damage, a significant tear, unofficial markings on the data page, missing visa pages (torn out), a hole punch, or other injuries.

She has extensive experience working with people from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures. Prior to establishing VisAbility in 1998, Anna worked as a travel agent, an event planner, a community fundraiser, and even a chimney sweep. She is known in the community as a person of extraordinary creativity and energy, and possessing a unique and outgoing personality. Anna enjoys travel, tennis, and volunteer work.
